Staining
Want a natural finish to bring out the beautiful features of the wood? Then staining is the best option for you! We provide thorough preparation for staining to ensure the best application results.
To remove any residue left from construction or from simply being in the outdoors, we will power wash the entire structure. From there, we will buff and sand the wood leaving you with a smooth, splinter-free finish. This gives us a good base to apply our stain and leave you with a consistent, seamless look.

Water-based or Oil-based Stain?
Stains come in two main types; oil-based and water-based stain. Oil-based stain is known for requiring more time in the application process but a longer-lasting result. The drying process also takes longer but in turn, the pigment is able to penetrate deeper into the wood and protect it against moisture. Water-based stain dries much quicker and takes less time to apply. However, it has a lower durability and doesn’t last quite as long as oil-based.
